I have been working on computer systems for over 15 years, supporting everything from home users to multi-national enterprise systems. I have been involved in system administration from Windows 3.1/95/98/XP/Vista/Windows 7 to Windows NT/2003/ 2008 Server. One of my skills is being able to talk to individuals without technical knowledge in such a way that they can easily grasp what is happening and how we can fix it.
